VOLUNTEER UPDATE - SCHOOL NURSE TB RISK ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE
Natalia Bytheway, District Nurse, will be in the HR Department during the following volunteer scheduled dates and times to assist our volunteers in obtaining the TB Risk Assessment.
These sessions are for anyone starting the Volunteer Clearance process and for anyone currently on the Volunteer Clearance Spreadsheet with expired TB information. If you are unsure whether or not your TB information has expired, please check with the front office staff at the school site you are associated with. They can provide you with your TB expiration date.
January 2025 Dates and Times:
- Thursday, January 9, 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, January 14, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Thursday, January 23, 12:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, January 28, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District thanks you for volunteering your services to the students of the Valley. Your participation enhances the instructional program and motivates and encourages students. Please find the following documents (below) to assist you with this process:
Download the Volunteer Agreement Form (above). Complete the bottom portion and take the completed agreement to your child's school office personnel for completion of the top section. They will then provide you with guidance on completing the next steps.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You may not drive on any field trips (including just your own child) without fingerprint clearance.
- The fingerprinting process (LiveScan) only needs to be completed once for each volunteer. There is no need to go through this process again once you are cleared.
- The TB Assessment MUST be completed once every four (4) years.

HR Volunteer Registration hours are Tuesdays from 8am - 11am and Thursdays from 12:30 - 3:30pm.
