The District is currently actively seeking a Bond Construction Manager. The Administrative Secretary-Bond position has been filled and Ms. Silva will begin working on Monday, May 4, 2020.

SAN LORENZO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ACCEPTING CITIZENS' OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEMBER APPLICATIONS
NOTICE is hereby given that the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District is accepting applications from interested citizens to serve on the District's independent oversight committee with respect to its general obligation bonds approved by District voters at the March 3, 2020 election, known as Measure S. The committee consists of seven members who meet, review and report on expenditures of funds to ensure money is used only for voter-approved purposes.
Interested persons may obtain an application here (located below) or from the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District Office located at 325 Marion Avenue, Ben Lomond, CA 95005. Applications must be submitted to the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District Office by 4:00 p.m., May 29, 2020.

Measure S Bond Office Staff
Christopher Schiermeyer, Deputy Superintendent, Business Services, started in education in 1997 as a math and science teacher at the middle school level. After five years of teaching, he moved into administration, where he has been a K-12 administrator, with the majority of his experience being at the secondary level. Christopher held the position of Director of Secondary Education, overseeing six middle schools, four comprehensive high schools, three alternative schools, a charter school, and adult school, prior to moving back to San Lorenzo Valley as the Director of Personnel. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Education as well as Administrative Credential from the University of California, Riverside. His elementary, middle, high, and charter school experience and educational background will provide a wealth of knowledge and dialogue as we move forward as a district committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
