2020 has certainly proven to be a year like no other. Between COVID, CZU Fires, and now potential debris flows, it has all been exhausting. The SLV District Office would like to take this moment to express gratitude to all of our SLV families and staff for pulling together in unique and generous ways in support of each other. Student meals for the Winter Break will take place this week. Student Services are packing up extra meal items this Tuesday and Thursday to help families over the Winter Break. Regular meal pickups will resume Tuesday, January 5th. (Please click on this article for pick-up details.)
In partnership with Governor Newsom, Parents Anonymous® Inc. recently launched the California Parent & Youth Helpline and Online Parents Anonymous® Support Groups in response to the Coronavirus to provide free trauma-informed, evidenced-based emotional support to Parents, Children and Youth in any language via calls, text, live chat and email. The California Parents & Youth Helpline operates 7 days a week from 8:00AM-8:00PM. (Please click on this article for more details.)

A Parent Letter was sent out on Thursday, November 5th with information regarding the possibility of hybrid model in-person instruction beginning in January 2021.
