SLVUSD ANNOUNCES SAFE SCHOOLS REOPENING PLANS

LATEST UPDATE FROM SLVUSD SUPERINTENDENT BRUTON

We have received many concerns about schools remaining closed during COVID-19. The SLV Board of Education and the District administration did not close the schools in California. The schools were closed at the State level by the Governor due to the spread of COVID-19. SLVUSD CHARTER SCHOOL IS VOTED A "RAVE" FOR BEST CHARTER SCHOOL

Congratulations go to the SLV Charter School for their achievement of "Rave" for the best Charter School. The SLV Charter School continues to offer diverse programs to promote academic success while integrating Social-Emotional development and Life Skills. NEW CALIFORNIA PARENT & YOUTH HOTLINE

In partnership with Governor Newsom, Parents Anonymous® Inc. recently launched the California Parent & Youth Helpline and Online Parents Anonymous® Support Groups in response to the Coronavirus to provide free trauma-informed, evidenced-based emotional support to Parents, Children and Youth in any language via calls, text, live chat and email. The California Parents & Youth Helpline operates 7 days a week from 8:00AM-8:00PM. (Please click on this article for more details.)

PARENT LETTER RE SCHOOL IMPLICATIONS FOR NEW STAY AT HOME ORDER
