To be eligible for Kindergarten, your child must be five years old by September 1, 2019.
To be eligible for the Transitional Kindergarten program, your child must be turning five years old between September 2 and December 2, 2019.
Ms. Jen Lahey, SLVE Principal, will lead parents on a tour of all the Kindergarten classrooms (five tours in all) starting at 8:45am with the last tour at 11:05am. (TK parents will have separate tours - 12:30pm - 2:30pm).
From 12:30pm to 2:30pm, the Kindergarten teachers will be available to meet students, talk with parents, and answer questions.
Registration packets may be picked up anytime in the SLVE Office at 7155 Highway 9, Felton, between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm. Bring the completed registration packet with you to the Roundup with the following required documents:
A copy of your child's birth certificate or passport
Immunization records
Proof of physical examination
Proof of oral health exam
Proof of residency
Kindergarten parents may also sign up for incoming Kinder interviews which will take place at the end of May. (No TK interviews will take place.)
