Staff are actively working on the problem that was discovered between PowerSchool and SchoolMessenger regarding the correct contact information for receiving calls. Many of you are also reporting that you typically also receive an email, which did not occur with yesterday's "all-call".
Please refrain from contacting your child's office with this information at this time.
Please be assured that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible. Once the mapping between our two systems is corrected, we will have more understanding of what is needed to correct this issue.
