Work Permits
(For SLVUSD Students ONLY)
Works permits are available through Charlotte Achen or Jeanette Lange at SLV High School during the regular school year. You may contact Charlotte Achen at (831) 335-4425, extension 215, or Jeannette Lange at (831) 335-4425, extension 216 or by email (above).
During the month of July, Work Permits will be available through Lisa Mansfield at the District Office. Please contact Lisa for instructions on how to obtain a work permit online, or to make an appointment. She can be reached by phone at 831-336-8852 or via email at [email protected].
High School Transcripts
SLV High School Transcripts are available through Katrina Mount at SLV High School during the regular school year. You may contact Katrina at (831) 335-4425, extension 210, or by email (above).
During the month of July, SLVHS Transcripts will be available through Lisa Mansfield at the District Office. Please contact Lisa with your request and/or any questions at 831-336-8852 or via email at [email protected].
