Board Meetings
General Meeting Information
The Board may hold two regular meeting(s) each month. Regular meetings shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays at the District Office Board Room. (Board Bylaw 9320)

PLEASE NOTE: The Board Meeting Room is located in the main building of the District Office in the front room to the right of the front door (across from Human Resources).
Public Comments
The Board wants to hear your sentiments, questions and comments relating to the operation of the school and the education of our youth.
Members of the audience may address the Board on matters of general interest or on specific agenda items. Those wishing to address the Board are requested to fill out a card with your name, town (city), and topic you wish to speak to. Those wishing to address specific items on the agenda may do so at the time the Board President calls for Public Comment during the second Community Participation. Those wishing to address items not on the agenda should do so during the first Community Participation. Cards should be turned in to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent prior to the start of the Board Meeting.
When you bring a question or concern to the Board, it may not be possible to receive an immediate reply. Some matters will be referred to administration for investigation and could be rescheduled for a future Board meeting if policy action is needed. If this is the case, you will be notified of the meeting date. By law, the Board may not take action on an item not on the agenda.
