The Office of Student Services is responsible for programs and services that augment our educational programs for students and families.
San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. This applies to all acts related to school activity or school attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of the superintendent of the school district. School personnel are required to take immediate steps to intervene when safe to do so when s/he witnesses an act of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying.

The Governing Board recognizes that the district has the primary responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing educational programs. The Board encourages the early, informal resolution of complaints whenever possible and appropriate. To resolve complaints, which cannot be resolved through such informal process, the Board adopted a uniform system of complaint processes specified in 5 CCR 4600-4670 and Administrative Regulation 1312.3.
